Good morning, Team Spasso and families,

Congratulations on a great season! I know the Monday night game did not turn out like we had hoped – but you all had some great moments, and it has been a pleasure to watch how each kid progressed throughout the season.

With that said, let’s Party!

Date: Tuesday, July 12^th
Time: 6 – 8pm
Place: Spasso party room: 17523 Minnetonka Blvd
Cost: $17 per child, $26 per adult (Venmo me or cash – see below)

If you have not already done so, please RSVP the total number of children and adults from your family that will be attending. As mentioned before, feel free to drop your child off for the dinner and pick up after, or any number of family members are welcome to join. I just need to provide a headcount to Spasso by this weekend/early next week.

I have requested that we cover this cost all on one bill to make things easy. So please Venmo me the cost to cover your family (depending on who is attending). Venmo details below. If you prefer to provide me with cash, please let me know that so I can expect this to be paid at the party.

The dinner will be a set menu (family style buffet) of salad, pastas, pizzas and non-alcoholic beverages – which is all included in the cost above.

Some have asked about the option of holding this dinner on their patio – I have asked this question and unfortunately, they are unable to accommodate a party of this size and detail on their patio. If this changes your RSVP – please let me know.

Lastly, we will be presenting Spasso with our team plaque during the party!

Coaches Gifts:

If you have not already done so, please send me $15 to cover the cost of the coaches’ gifts, which we will present to the coaches at the dinner. Venmo details below. Again, if you prefer to provide me with cash, please let me know that so I can expect this to be paid at the party.

A few end of year items for you today:

End of Season In-House Tourney

As you may have heard already, the end of year tournament will happen next week, Monday - Thursday. Here is the link to the bracket: HERE. Once we know more about timing and place, we will be sure to send those updates via email and app. 

End of year Party!

I am working with Spasso to host a fun-filled end of year celebration. We are looking at Tuesday, July 12^th around 5 or 6pm start (I’m talking with their event coordinator tomorrow afternoon). Can you let me know ASAP if this date works for you? And let me know how many from your household would like to attend? It is open to all – or feel free to drop your child off for the party and pick up after. I’m thinking there will be a per-person cost to this. I will know more tomorrow and will update you ASAP. Once this is nailed down – you can Venmo me or give cash – I will then pay for party expenses to make it easy.

We will also be presenting the team at Spasso with the team plaque at this time!
